Shipping Details

 

USPS Priority Mail has an estimated delivery window of 1-2 days, depending on your destination. However due to the unpredictable nature of mail and various holidays, please allow 1-4 days for your package to arrive.

 

If you are local to Santa Barbara and would like to avoid shipping costs, pick up options are available. Please call or text (630)456-3603 including your name, desired flavor, quantity, and date/time needed by.

 

Each package of Cinnies is tightly wrapped in plastic and double boxed to preserve quality and freshness. To keep things from getting messy, icing is packaged seperately in a resealable container to apply individually as desired.

 

Cinnies are best when consumed within 2-4 days. Warm them up, apply your desired amount of icing, and enjoy! If you would like to save some Cinnies for later, the buns can be frozen for up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy them, simply let the Cinnies defrost at room temperature, warm them up if desired, and enjoy their fresh-out-of-the-oven taste.

 

*Unfortunately, Cinnies are unable to ship to addresses outside of the US.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

 

All sales are final. No refunds are available unless there is a mistake or damage to the order. Due to the perishable nature of the product, I can not take responsibility for any items that have not been refrigerated or frozen upon arrival. For individual concerns with your shipment, please email vegancinnies@gmail.com no later than 7 days after your purchase for assistance. There are no refunds on the original shipping and handling fees that you paid for on the order.

 

Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Wednesday. Shipments will not take place near the weekend to avoid  a delayed delivery and ensure quality and freshness. Orders placed after Wednesday at 3 pm will not be shipped until the following Monday.

 

The buns are shipped in USPS Priority Mail for each package of 4 or 12 Cinnies. Shipping costs vary based on quantity.

 

Shipping Rates:

4 Cinnies: $5.40

12-20 Cinnies: $7.80

24-40 Cinnies: $13.00

44+ Cinnies: $17.50

 

**30 cent handling fee will be added to the shipping cost for PayPal transactions.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address Shipping Address Email Address

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
